Update on Health

I've made many changes to my diet and eating habits the last few months. I realized I didn't have to eat like I did when I was in the military. So I've been eating much less and eating much healthier. To date, I am 164 lbs. at 7% body fat. Earlier this year, I was 189 lbs. at 17% body fat, which is still pretty muscular considering I am 5'8". The picture you see of me on the website is me at 158 lbs. at 12.5% body fat.
