Most of these bodybuilder guys are so full of drugs it's gross. What most people don't see is that they inject themselves with all sorts of insulin, steroids, etc. to gain the physique they have. These bodybuilders are actually very sick inside. What about "steroid free" competition? Well that's bogus, it's very easy to pass those drug tests even if you are on drugs. I know people who have done it. The whole steroid free thing is a scam.
