Fruits and Veggies

Note to self to eat more fruits and veggies.  This will help give me more energy due to the potassium in fruits and magnesium in green leady vegetables.   'Cause I'm tired of feeling slow in the morning even after I exercise and eat.  My metabolism doesn't pick up until late night.  Call me a night owl who likes to have some energy in the morning, if not anything but be able to do my job well.  I take pride in my work.

I ate two apples today while at work (snacks) and took 2-3 potassium gluconate tablets with each meal. People at work were commenting, you are so happy. I guess it's the potassium in my body. USRDA is 3300 mg a day. I still got tired at 4:00 PM. My energy just drains at 4 PM everyday.
