Sprinting

Sprinting is an awesome exercise. It has given me lots of endurance at work and go the extra mile to complete things. I sprint 30 feet, switch and change directions ... repeat. Really good for cardiovascular training. Makes you feel a lot better and healthier than chugging down lots of vitamins.

I even do this at work outside, when I get tired at the desk. Great stuff!!

Polar Bears

Polar bears are so cute.  Take a look at one play.

Morning

This morning instead of doing the normal pushups, back bridge, and pullups before going to work, I decided not you. I just didn't feel like it would help me. Instead I was listening to a self-programming tape while going about shaving and getting ready for work. I think this helps me more than getting into some deep trance with earphones while listening. This approach I find to be more helpful and I am learning more. I am going out doing my daily task while listening to suggestions in the background.

Fruits and Veggies

Note to self to eat more fruits and veggies.  This will help give me more energy due to the potassium in fruits and magnesium in green leady vegetables.   'Cause I'm tired of feeling slow in the morning even after I exercise and eat.  My metabolism doesn't pick up until late night.  Call me a night owl who likes to have some energy in the morning, if not anything but be able to do my job well.  I take pride in my work.

The Road to Victory

A good way to let off steam physically workout is to physically work out. I don't mean lift weights. I mean pushups, situps, crunches, handstand pushups, finger pushups, forearms grips ... traditional kung fu methods of training ... this really lets you let off steam and become stronger mentally and physically at the same time. When you are breathing hard, you'll know that it's working.

Emotional Orgasm

I almost got an emotional orgasm at work listening to Wolfgang Mozart Amadeus' Fifth Symphony Piano Concert. Amazing I can do this at work. ;)

Lord of the Rings

Another hot chick that I dig. Miranda Otto, she plays the king's niece and has a thing with the Ranger from the North. Of course I like the guy too. Coincidentally, he was in the movie G.I. Jane as the Navy SEAL training captain. I was really impressed with his fairness and professionism as a trainer in the movie. It speaks of character.

What is it with all these athletic chicks who can take care of themself? It is such a turn on. I didn't like Demi Moore, but in this movie I liked her character, she pulled through. She made it.

Back to Miranda Otto, man o man ... I really dig her. Her energy, perseverence, and character are a big turn on. She comes across as so real. You see in in times of strength and times of weakness. She shows her emotions and carries herself well. Miranda Otto

Chronicles of Riddick

I saw Chronicles of Riddick and was unimpressed with Vin Diesel's acting ability.  It seems that he spoke mostly in a monotome even when he was running she is kind of hard.  What I don't like about the movie is Vin Diesel's macho act.  It is unfortunate cause I really liked him in Pitch Black.

That chick in the movie is so hot.  The one that he mentored and met up again in jail.  She is athletic, takes care of herself, and just sexy.  Her name is the movie is 'Jack' aka 'Kyra'.  Still pictures don't do her justice.  She comes across as dynamic.  You'll just have to see her in the movie.  Here is a pic nevertheless:  Alexa Davalos

Games

Time Crisis 3 is one of my favorite arcade games.  I go to the arcade a couple of times a week to test my shooting skills and adventure abilities. :)  I think it satisfies my creative juices to go on danger missions ... plus its fun.  Time Crisis 3More game shots.
