I got an email today demanding movies.

My response follows:

I never received them. I spent a long time discussing it with your retarded customer service rep some time ago.

By the way, you guys still owe me $35.99 and not sending me the movies. Your rep only credited half of the back.

When I feel better, I will call the number below and be sure to yell it down your throats and get my refund. Thank you assholes.
