Tips for reducing blood pressure
Here are my tips based on tested personal experience:
1. Relax
2. Take deep breaths throughout the day
3. Stress relief methods such as exercise, humor, socialization
4. Reduce sodium intake. Reduce the amount of salty foods you eat.
5. Drink more water if you don't drink enough.
6. Eat fruits such as oranges. Do not substitute orange juice for this.
7. Consume only moderate amounts of red meat
8. If you are Type A personality, transform to mix of Type B and Type A. This is better for your career, unless you are in the military or a CEO, CIO.
9. sleep early (by 10 PM), wake up early (I think 6-7 am is good)

Why is having sex not in your list? Really.
Because it is not what I do to relieve stress. Besides sex is a poor way to relieve stress long term. Women who try to do this get addicted to sex and spend most of their time thinking about sex instead of doing something productive with their lives. Extensive sex actually creates more stress in a person's life. They have little energy to do else. It's like people addicted to drugs. It really destroys the mind. Many of the women who are depressed masturbate hours every day. It doesn't solve their problem.
Tarzan! This is kind of an extreme response, don't you think?
Foodie, I apologize if it came across that way. I was not referring to you. However I believe in what I said.
